[430] For whom the nose base (ghānāyatana) … the form base (rūpāyatana), the mind base (manāyatana) does not arise, has the dhamma base (dhammāyatana) not arisen for him? — It has arisen. Or rather, for whom the dhamma base has not arisen, does the mind base not arise for him? — There is none.
