[1073] For whomever the eye faculty (cakkhundriya) does not arise, has the femininity faculty (itthindriya) … the masculinity faculty (purisindriya) never arisen for that one? It has arisen. Or rather, for whomever the masculinity faculty has never arisen, does the eye faculty not arise for that one? There is none.
