[1297] For whom the eye faculty (cakkhundriya) did not arise, for him the joy faculty (somanassindriya) … the equanimity faculty (upekkhindriya) will not arise? There is none. Or, for whom the equanimity faculty will not arise, for him the eye faculty did not arise? It did arise.
