[1298] For whom the eye faculty (cakkhundriya) has never arisen, will the faith faculty (saddhindriya) … the wisdom faculty (paññindriya), the mind faculty (manindriya) not arise for that one? There is none. Or, for whom the mind faculty will not arise, has the eye faculty never arisen for that one? It has arisen.
