[1075] For whomever the eye faculty (cakkhundriya) does not arise, did the joy faculty (somanassindriya) … the equanimity faculty (upekkhindriya) not arise for that one? It arose. Or else, for whomever the equanimity faculty did not arise, does the eye faculty not arise for that one? There is none.
