[1239] For whom the femininity faculty (itthindriya) arose, will the joy faculty (somanassindriya) arise for that one?
For those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika), and for those who, having been reborn with equanimity, will attain final Nibbāna — for them the femininity faculty arose, but the joy faculty will not arise for them. For the others, the femininity faculty arose, and the joy faculty will arise.
Or rather, for whom the joy faculty will arise, did the femininity faculty arise for that one?
