[1244] For whomever the masculinity faculty (purisindriya) has arisen, will the equanimity faculty (upekkhindriya) arise for that one?
For beings in their final existence (pacchimabhavika) and for those who, having arisen with joy (somanassa), will attain final Nibbāna: for them the masculinity faculty has arisen, but the equanimity faculty will not arise for them. For the others, both the masculinity faculty has arisen and the equanimity faculty will arise.
Or, for whomever the equanimity faculty will arise, has the masculinity faculty arisen for that one?
