[125] Where wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) did not arise, did indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not arise there? — They did arise. Or rather, where indeterminate phenomena did not arise, did wholesome phenomena not arise there? — There is none.
