[314] Where unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) did not arise, did indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not cease there? They did cease. Or rather, where indeterminate phenomena did not cease, did unwholesome phenomena not arise there? There is none.
