[304] Where wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) have arisen, have indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) ceased there?
Yes.
Or else, where indeterminate phenomena have ceased, have wholesome phenomena arisen there?
In [the plane of] non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), indeterminate phenomena have ceased there, but wholesome phenomena have not arisen there; in the four-constituent (catuvokāra) and the five-constituent (pañcavokāra) [planes], there both indeterminate phenomena have ceased and wholesome phenomena have arisen.
