[131] For whom wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) will arise, for him indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) will arise?
Yes (āmantā).
Or rather, for whom indeterminate phenomena will arise, for him wholesome phenomena will arise?
For those endowed with the highest path (aggamagga-samaṅgī) and for Arahants: for them indeterminate phenomena will arise, but wholesome phenomena will not arise for them. For the others: for them both indeterminate phenomena will arise and wholesome phenomena will arise.
