[130] For whom wholesome phenomena (dhammā) will arise, will unwholesome phenomena arise for that one?
Those who, in immediate succession to whichever mind (citta), will obtain the highest path (aggamagga) — for them wholesome phenomena will arise, but unwholesome phenomena will not arise for them. For the others, both wholesome phenomena will arise and unwholesome phenomena will arise.
Or rather, for whom unwholesome phenomena will arise, will wholesome phenomena arise for that one?
