[129] For whomever, wherever, unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) did not arise, did indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not arise for that one there?
For beings of the Pure Abodes (suddhāvāsa) while the second mind (citta) is occurring, and for the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā), unwholesome phenomena did not arise for them there, but it is not the case that indeterminate phenomena did not arise for them there. For those being reborn into the Pure Abodes, both unwholesome phenomena did not arise for them there and indeterminate phenomena did not arise for them there.
Or rather, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena did not arise, did unwholesome phenomena not arise for that one there?
Yes.
