[185] For whom unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) have not arisen, will indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not arise for that one? There is none. Or rather, for whom indeterminate phenomena will not arise, have unwholesome phenomena not arisen for that one? They have arisen.
