[157] For whomever unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) do not arise, did indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not arise for that one? They did arise. Or rather, for whomever indeterminate phenomena did not arise, do unwholesome phenomena not arise for that one? There is none.
