[183] For whom wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) did not arise, will unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) not arise for him? There is none. Or rather, for whom unwholesome phenomena will not arise, did wholesome phenomena not arise for him? They did arise.
