[155] For whomever wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) do not arise, did unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) not arise for that one? They did arise. Or else, for whomever unwholesome phenomena did not arise, do wholesome phenomena not arise for that one? There is none.
