For all [beings] at the moment of the dissolution of mind (citta), at the moment of the arising of a mind dissociated from the unwholesome (akusalavippayutta-citta), and for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā): indeterminate phenomena have arisen for them there, but unwholesome phenomena do not arise for them there. At the moment of the arising of the unwholesome, indeterminate phenomena have arisen for them there, and unwholesome phenomena arise.
