[167] For whomever, wherever, wholesome phenomena (dhammā) arise, will indeterminate (abyākata) phenomena arise for that one, there?

For all [beings] at the moment of the dissolution (bhaṅgakkhaṇa) of mind (citta), at the moment of the arising (uppādakkhaṇa) of a mind dissociated from the wholesome, and for non-percipient beings — for them, there, indeterminate phenomena will arise, but wholesome phenomena do not arise for them, there. At the moment of the arising of wholesome [phenomena], for them, there, indeterminate phenomena will arise and wholesome phenomena arise.
