For all [beings], at the moment of the dissolution (bhaṅgakkhaṇa) of mind (citta) [and] at the moment of the arising (uppādakkhaṇa) of a mind dissociated from the wholesome (kusalavippayutta-citta): unwholesome phenomena arose for them there, but wholesome phenomena do not arise for them there. At the moment of the arising of wholesome [phenomena]: both unwholesome phenomena arose for them there, and wholesome phenomena arise.
