When, for beings of the Pure Abodes (suddhāvāsa), the second mind (citta) — an unwholesome one — is occurring, for them there unwholesome phenomena have arisen, but wholesome phenomena have not arisen for them there. As for the others — the four-aggregate (catuvokāra) and five-aggregate (pañcavokāra) beings — for them there both unwholesome phenomena have arisen and wholesome phenomena have arisen.
