[128] For whomever, wherever, wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) have never arisen, have indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) never arisen for that one there?
For the beings of the Pure Abodes (Suddhāvāsa) while the second mind (citta) is occurring, and for the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā), wholesome phenomena have never arisen for them there, but it is not the case that indeterminate phenomena have never arisen for them there. For those being reborn into the Pure Abodes, for them there both wholesome phenomena have never arisen and indeterminate phenomena have never arisen.
Or else, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena have never arisen, have wholesome phenomena never arisen for that one there?
