For beings of the Pure Abodes (suddhāvāsa), while the second unwholesome mind (citta) is occurring, wholesome phenomena have never arisen for them there, but it is not the case that unwholesome phenomena have never arisen for them there. For beings of the Pure Abodes while the second mind is occurring, and for the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā), both wholesome phenomena have never arisen for them there and unwholesome phenomena have never arisen for them there.
Or rather, for whomever, wherever, unwholesome phenomena have never arisen, have wholesome phenomena never arisen for that one there?
