[316] For whomever, wherever, wholesome phenomena (dhammā) have never arisen, have indeterminate phenomena (abyākata) never ceased for that one there?
For beings of the Pure Abodes (suddhāvāsa) while the second mind (citta) is occurring, and for non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), wholesome phenomena have never arisen for them there, yet it is not the case that indeterminate phenomena have never ceased for them there. For those being reborn into the Pure Abodes, both wholesome phenomena have never arisen for them there and indeterminate phenomena have never ceased.
Or rather, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena have never ceased, have wholesome phenomena never arisen for that one there?
Yes (āmantā).
