For beings of the Pure Abodes (suddhāvāsa), while the second unwholesome mind (citta) is occurring, wholesome phenomena have never ceased for them there, but it is not the case that unwholesome phenomena have never ceased for them there. For beings of the Pure Abodes while the second mind is occurring, and for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā), both wholesome phenomena have never ceased for them there and unwholesome phenomena have never ceased.
