[252] For whomever, wherever, wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) do not cease — have indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not ceased for that one, there?
For all beings at the moment of arising (uppādakkhaṇa) of mind (citta), at the moment of dissolution (bhaṅgakkhaṇa) of a mind dissociated from the wholesome, and for the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā): for them, there, wholesome phenomena do not cease, but it is not the case that indeterminate phenomena have not ceased for them, there. For those being reborn into the Pure Abodes (suddhāvāsa): for them, there, wholesome phenomena do not cease, and indeterminate phenomena have not ceased.
Or rather, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena have not ceased — do wholesome phenomena not cease for that one, there?
