[224] For whomever, wherever, wholesome (kusala) phenomena (dhammā) have never ceased, have indeterminate (abyākata) phenomena never ceased for that one there?
For beings of the Pure Abodes (Suddhāvāsa) while the second mind (citta) is occurring, and for the non-percipient beings (asaññasatta): for them there, wholesome phenomena have never ceased, but it is not the case that for them there indeterminate phenomena have never ceased. For those being reborn into the Pure Abodes: for them there, both wholesome phenomena have never ceased and indeterminate phenomena have never ceased.
Or rather, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena have never ceased, have wholesome phenomena never ceased for that one there?
Yes (āmantā).
