[225] For whomever, wherever, unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) have never ceased, have indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) never ceased for that one there?
For beings of the Pure Abodes (Suddhāvāsa) while the second mind (citta) is occurring, and for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā), unwholesome phenomena have never ceased for them there, but it is not the case that indeterminate phenomena have never ceased for them there. For those arising in the Pure Abodes, both unwholesome phenomena have never ceased for them there and indeterminate phenomena have never ceased.
Or, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena have never ceased, have unwholesome phenomena never ceased for that one there?
Yes.
