Nirodhavāra

Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (2) · Vol. 39 · Section 226

[226] "For whomever wholesome phenomena (dhammā) will cease, will unwholesome phenomena cease for that one?" At the moment of the arising of the highest path (aggamagga), and for those who will obtain the highest path immediately after whichever mind (citta) — for these, wholesome phenomena will cease, but unwholesome phenomena will not cease for them. For the others, both wholesome phenomena will cease and unwholesome phenomena will cease. "Or, for whomever unwholesome phenomena will cease, will wholesome phenomena cease for that one?" Yes.
