[189] For whomever, wherever, unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) did not arise, will indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not arise for that one, there? They will arise. Or rather, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena will not arise, did unwholesome phenomena not arise for that one, there? They did arise. The Section on Arising (uppādavāra) is finished.
