[153] For whomever, wherever, wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) arise, did indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) arise for that one there?

Or, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena did arise, do wholesome phenomena arise for that one there?
For all [beings] at the moment of dissolution of mind (citta), [for beings] at the moment of arising of a mind dissociated from the wholesome, and for non-percipient beings — for these, there, indeterminate phenomena did arise, but wholesome phenomena do not arise for them there. At the moment of arising of wholesome [phenomena], for these, there, indeterminate phenomena did arise and wholesome phenomena arise.
