[101] For whomever, wherever, wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) arise, do indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) arise for that one there?
In the immaterial plane (arūpa), at the moment of arising (uppādakkhaṇa) of wholesome states, wholesome phenomena arise for them there, but indeterminate phenomena do not arise for them there. In the five-constituent plane (pañcavokāra), at the moment of arising of wholesome states, both wholesome phenomena arise and indeterminate phenomena arise for them there.
Or rather, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena arise, do wholesome phenomena arise for that one there?
For all who are being reborn, and, in the course of existence (pavatti), at the moment of arising of a mind (citta) dissociated from the wholesome, indeterminate phenomena arise for them there, but wholesome phenomena do not arise for them there. In the five-constituent plane, at the moment of arising of wholesome states, both indeterminate phenomena arise and wholesome phenomena arise for them there.
