[111] For whomever, wherever, unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) do not arise, do indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not arise for that one there?
For all who are being reborn, and, in the course of existence (pavatti), at the moment of arising (uppādakkhaṇa) of a mind (citta) dissociated from the unwholesome — for them, there, unwholesome phenomena do not arise, but it is not the case that indeterminate phenomena do not arise for them there. For all who are passing away, at the moment of dissolution (bhaṅgakkhaṇa) of mind in the course of existence, and, in the immaterial [plane], at the moment of arising of wholesome [phenomena] — for them, there, unwholesome phenomena do not arise, and indeterminate phenomena do not arise.
Or, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena do not arise, do unwholesome phenomena not arise for that one there?
In the immaterial [plane], at the moment of arising of unwholesome [phenomena] — for them, there, indeterminate phenomena do not arise, but it is not the case that unwholesome phenomena do not arise for them there. For all who are passing away, at the moment of dissolution of mind in the course of existence, and, in the immaterial [plane], at the moment of arising of wholesome [phenomena] — for them, there, indeterminate phenomena do not arise, and unwholesome phenomena do not arise.
