[175] For whom, and where, unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) do not arise, for that one, there, will indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not arise?
For all [beings] at the moment of the dissolution of mind (citta), at the moment of the arising of a mind dissociated from the unwholesome (akusala-vippayutta-citta), and for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā): for them, there, unwholesome phenomena do not arise, but it is not the case that indeterminate phenomena will not arise for them there. For those possessed of the final mind (pacchima-citta-samaṅgī): for them, there, unwholesome phenomena do not arise and indeterminate phenomena will not arise.
Or rather, for whom, and where, indeterminate phenomena will not arise, for that one, there, do unwholesome phenomena not arise?
