Pavattivāra

Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (2) · Vol. 39 · Section 146

[146] For whomever, wherever, wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) will not arise, will indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not arise for that one there? For those possessed of the highest path (aggamagga), for Arahants, and for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā): for them, there, wholesome phenomena will not arise, but it is not the case that indeterminate phenomena will not arise for them there. For those possessed of the final mind (pacchimacitta): for them, there, wholesome phenomena will not arise and indeterminate phenomena will not arise. Or rather, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena will not arise, will wholesome phenomena not arise for that one there? Yes.
