[174] For whomever, wherever, wholesome (kusala) phenomena (dhammā) do not arise, will indeterminate (abyākata) phenomena not arise for that one there?
For all [beings] at the moment of dissolution (bhaṅgakkhaṇa) of mind (citta), [for those] at the moment of arising (uppādakkhaṇa) of a mind dissociated (vippayutta) from the wholesome, and for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā): for them there, wholesome phenomena do not arise, but it is not the case that indeterminate phenomena will not arise for them there. For those endowed with the final mind (pacchimacittasamaṅgī): for them there, wholesome phenomena do not arise, and indeterminate phenomena will not arise.
Or rather, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena will not arise, do wholesome phenomena not arise for that one there?
