[362] For whomever, wherever, wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) do not arise, will indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not cease for that one there?
For all beings at the moment of dissolution (bhaṅga-khaṇa) of the mind (citta), at the moment of arising (uppāda-khaṇa) of a mind dissociated from the wholesome, and for the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā): wholesome phenomena do not arise for them there, yet it is not the case that indeterminate phenomena will not cease for them there. At the moment of dissolution of the final mind (pacchima-citta), wholesome phenomena do not arise for them there and indeterminate phenomena will not cease.
Or rather, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena will not cease, do wholesome phenomena not arise for that one there?
