[363] For whom, and where, unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) do not arise — will indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not cease for that one there?
For all at the moment of the dissolution of mind (citta), at the moment of the arising of a mind dissociated from the unwholesome (akusalavippayutta-citta), and for non-percipient beings: unwholesome phenomena do not arise for these there, but it is not the case that indeterminate phenomena will not cease for these there. At the moment of the dissolution of the final mind (pacchimacitta): unwholesome phenomena do not arise for these there, and indeterminate phenomena will not cease.
Or rather, for whom, and where, indeterminate phenomena will not cease — do unwholesome phenomena not arise for that one there?
