[349] For whomever, wherever, unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) do not arise, have indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) never ceased for that one there?
For all [beings] at the moment of the dissolution of mind (citta), for [those] at the moment of the arising of mind dissociated from the unwholesome (akusala-vippayutta-citta), and for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā): for them, there, unwholesome phenomena do not arise, yet it is not the case that indeterminate phenomena have never ceased for them there. For those being reborn into the Pure Abodes (Suddhāvāsa): for them, there, unwholesome phenomena do not arise, and indeterminate phenomena have never ceased.
Or, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena have never ceased, do unwholesome phenomena not arise for that one there?
