[348] For whomever, wherever, wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) do not arise — for that one, there, have indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) never ceased?
For all (beings) at the moment of the dissolution of mind (citta), at the moment of the arising of a mind dissociated from the wholesome, and for the non-percipient beings: for them, there, wholesome phenomena do not arise, but it is not the case that indeterminate phenomena have never ceased for them there. For those being reborn into the Pure Abodes (suddhāvāsa): for them, there, wholesome phenomena do not arise, and indeterminate phenomena have never ceased.
Or rather, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena have never ceased — for that one, there, do wholesome phenomena not arise?
