Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (2) · Vol. 39 · Section 145

[145] For whomever, wherever, wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) will not arise, will unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) not arise for that one there? Yes. Or else, for whomever, wherever, unwholesome phenomena will not arise, will wholesome phenomena not arise for that one there? Those who will obtain the supreme path (aggamagga) in immediate succession to which mind (citta)—for them there, unwholesome phenomena will not arise, but it is not the case that wholesome phenomena will not arise for them there. For those endowed with the supreme path, for Arahants, and for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā)—for them there, both unwholesome phenomena will not arise and wholesome phenomena will not arise.
