[333] For whomever, wherever, wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) will not arise, will unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) not cease for that one there?
Yes.
Or rather, for whomever, wherever, unwholesome phenomena will not cease, will wholesome phenomena not arise for that one there?
For those who will attain the supreme path (aggamagga) in immediate succession to which mind (citta), unwholesome phenomena will not cease for them there, yet it is not the case that wholesome phenomena will not arise for them there. For those endowed with the supreme path, for Arahants, and for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā), unwholesome phenomena will not cease for them there, and wholesome phenomena will not arise.
