[144] Where unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) will not arise, will indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not arise there? — They will arise. Or rather, where indeterminate phenomena will not arise, will unwholesome phenomena not arise there? — There is none.
