[143] "Where wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) will not arise, there indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) will not arise?" — "They will arise." "Or rather, where indeterminate phenomena will not arise, there wholesome phenomena will not arise?" — "There is none."
