[107] Where wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) do not arise, do indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not arise there? They arise. Or rather, where indeterminate phenomena do not arise, do wholesome phenomena not arise there? There is no [such place].
