[123] For whomever unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) did not arise, for that one indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) did not arise? There is none. Or else, for whomever indeterminate phenomena did not arise, for that one unwholesome phenomena did not arise? There is none.
