[311] For whomever unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) did not arise, did indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not cease for that one? There is none. Or, for whomever indeterminate phenomena did not cease, did unwholesome phenomena not arise for that one? There is none.
