[345] For whomever unwholesome (akusala) phenomena (dhammā) do not arise, did indeterminate (abyākata) phenomena not cease for that one? They did cease. Or else, for whomever indeterminate phenomena did not cease, do unwholesome phenomena not arise for that one? There is none.
