[344] For whom wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) do not arise, have that one's indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not ceased? They have ceased. Or, for whom indeterminate phenomena have not ceased, do that one's wholesome phenomena not arise? There is none.
