[219] For whom unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) have never ceased, have indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) never ceased for that one? There is none. Or else, for whom indeterminate phenomena have never ceased, have unwholesome phenomena never ceased for that one? There is none.
